Safety is our number one priority at Hoopla and we’re proud to say that we’re home to one of the world’s most innovative and safest adventure equipment.
Hoopla grip socks are a must!
For safety reasons, we cannot allow non-Hoopla grip socks to be worn in the play areas. While not included in the ticket price, they can be re-worn for future visits.
Let’s party the right way
To ensure every celebration runs smoothly, we’re unable to accommodate unofficial birthday parties. For group booking needs, we’d love to help you plan the perfect kids’ birthday party or function—just get in touch to book!
No outside food or drink
At Hoopla Bar & Kitchen, we’re committed to catering to dietary and allergen needs while ensuring a safe environment for everyone. To help us do this, we kindly ask that all outside food and drink be finished before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
Please treat our team and others with respect
Our venues are under CCTV surveillance. We will not tolerate verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour. If you see any inappropriate behaviour, please inform management.
