Get Ready For Your Party

Here’s everything you need to know for the most stress-free celebration. We’ll handle the big stuff, so you can actually enjoy the day, coffee in hand, instead of running around like an unpaid party planner.

In the Lead Up

Confirming your party

A few days before, we’ll give you a call to lock in the important stuff: guest numbers, food choices, and any extras. Each party comes with pizzas (one for every four kids) and you get to choose from all the favourites—Margherita, Hawaiian, Ham & Cheese, BBQ Chicken, Meat Lovers, Pepperoni, Vegetarian, or Garlic.

Final guest numbers and any extra platters (including for adults) need to be confirmed by 12pm Thursday before your party. We’ll try our best with late changes, but can’t guarantee availability. Please note, guests numbers cannot exceed package size limits (eg. 8-16 guests) once booked.

Decorations & extras

Bring along balloons, decorations, your own cake, and lolly bags if you like. Just remember: Blu Tac only, balloons on weights, and no glitter, confetti, or silly string. Cakes aren’t included, but you’re welcome to bring your own or order one of our ice-cream cakes ($25, serves 12). Candles are on us — sparklers aren’t allowed.

On Arrival

Check in

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time. This allows us enough time get you checked in, and you enough time to add any decorations you’d like without feeling rushed

When checking you in at reception, we will reconfirm your guests and platter details once more before taking final payment for your party.

Coffee (or cocktails) Tab

Set up a drinks tab so you can enjoy your drinks while the kids run wild. Just let us know during the check-in process. Fully-stocked bar & barista-made coffee at a kids’ party? Dreams do come true.

Meet your host

From the moment you arrive, your host is in charge. They’ll greet the kids, explain the plan, and keep everything running smoothly. So you can relax knowing it’s all under control.

Get This Party Started!

For Classic Bowling Parties (1 hr 45 mins)

Children enjoy around 1 hour of timed bowling. They then return to the party table for the remaining 45 minutes, beginning with food and finishing with cake and celebrations.

For Playground Parties (1 hr 30 mins)

Children spend the first 40 minutes in the playground. They then move into the party room for the remaining 50 minutes, beginning with food and finishing with cake and celebrations.

For Blitz Bowling Parties (1 hr 30 mins)

Children enjoy 45 minutes of timed Blitz bowling. They then return to the party room for the remaining 45 minutes, beginning with food and finishing with cake and celebrations.

Your private party room is yours to enjoy! Relax while we get the kids having a blast, serve the food and organise the cake ceremony.

After the Party

Reserve table

This concludes your party celebration, but for all parties that include our playground activities, this is when your playground fun continues/begins!

Once your time in the party room has finished, a reserved table will be available. Any leftover food from your platters will be packed up for you to take home. Just let your host know what you’d like to keep.

Final check out

Before leaving, we will review any final charges, such as last-minute guests, add-ons, or drinks from your café tab, and confirm everything is finalised.

Birthday Parties
I still have questions about my party, what can I do?
If you have a booked party, please save your questions for when we call you to confirm the details. That way we can get everything sorted at once! If you still have questions before booking your party, contact us via email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit of $100 is required to secure your party date and time.

How do I book a party?

You can book online or alternatively, you can enquire online and a party supervisor will be in contact to help plan your special day!

What’s the minimum number of people for a party?
We require a minimum 8 guests (including the birthday person) for all kids birthday parties.
When is the final payment due?

The final balance of your party must be paid on the day of the party, upon arrival.

Can we bring in our own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the party room but we do request that only Blu Tac is used and that no glitter, sparkles, confetti or silly string be used.

Do you supply lolly bags?

You can bring your own, or you can pre-purchase lolly bags at $4 each.

Do you supply invitations?

We sure do! You can pick up a hard copy version from reception at Hoopla or download your invitations from the booking confirmation email you will receive.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
We do not allow any outside food or drinks however, we do have a fully functioning restaurant & bar for your convenience.
Do you cater for guests with dietary requirements?

Yes, we run a commercial kitchen so we can tailor platters to suit any dietary requirements provided we’re given enough notice.

Can we purchase additional food for the adults?
Yes. We recommend adding some food for your adult guests and have a great range of freshly prepared platters available for order prior to your event. Click here to view options and pricing.
Do you supply a birthday cake and candles?

Birthday cakes are not included in our standard packages. You’re more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake from home or you can pre-purchase an ice-cream cake from us for $25 (serves 12 guests). We supply candles free of charge or you can bring your own if you prefer. Please note that sparklers are not permitted due to fire danger.
