Do adults need a membership?

No, adults and carers can enter the venue with children without needing their own membership.

Do I need to book before visiting?

Yes. Members are required to book their session online to secure their spot, as availability can be limited during busy periods. You can book online simply by entering your membership code at checkout.

Can I bring friends when I visit?

Yes. Friends can join your visit by purchasing regular passes online. Please note your membership is only valid for the named child it is assigned to.

Are there discounts for members?

Yes. Members receive exclusive discounts across selected activities, food and experiences. Check your membership tier details to find out more.

Who are Hoopla memberships best for?

Memberships are perfect for anyone! Hoopla has activities for any age–from toddlers to tweens and are perfect for families who visit often and want better value on regular indoor play sessions and family outings.

How do I redeem my tokens and socks?

You can redeem these in-venue when you arrive. Just let our team know on entry and they will scan your membership to validate. Please note tokens can only be given in total. You cannot redeem some now, and some later for the month, but you can hold onto these for future visits!

How do I cancel a membership?

You can cancel your membership through your online ROLLER account for this membership. Or alternatively, email your Hoopla location directly and our team can assist you in cancelling your memberships. Please note, pay per month members signed on a 3-month minimum.

Can memberships be shared between siblings?

No. Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the named member only.
