Free Entry!

Show your kids how good it feels to give—and then let them go wild! Donate winter essentials to help families doing it tough, and they’ll score 3 hours in our action-packed Playground World. Think giant slides, epic obstacles, and fun that doesn’t quit.

All playground participants will need Hoopla grip-socks, which you can purchase on arrival for $3.50. If you already own Hoopla socks, don’t forget to bring them with you!

Donation Drive
How many children can play per donation?

Each item donated grants free playground entry for one child, however we do encourage families to donate more if they can.

When can I redeem my free playground entry?

Your 3 hours of free playground access must be used on the same day you donate. Entry is valid for one child per donation.

How long is the Donate & Play offer available?

The offer runs from 9am Monday 12th May until 5pm Friday 16th May. Donations will not be accepted at Hoopla after this period.

Do I need to make a booking?

No booking is required to redeem your free playground entry—just bring your donation on the day! If you’d like to add a game of bowling, you can book online or on the spot when you arrive.

Are parents and carers free?
Yes! Parents, carers receive free entry to Hoopla and it’s play areas. However all bowling participants must purchase a bowling game.
Do I need Hoopla grip-socks?
Yes, Hoopla grip-socks are required for both adults and children entering our playground areas. These can be pre-purchsed online or bought on entry. Hoopla grip-socks can also be reused for future visits.
What ages are allowed in the Playground?

Our Playground World is designed for children ages 1-12, whilst our Toddler World is restricted to ages 0-3.

How long does a playground session run for?
With a Playground pass, you will have full access to our Interactive Playground for 3 hours, subject to operating hours.
