Hoopla Kitchen & Bar
How do I reserve a table?
If you make an online booking, table and seating space is already accounted for you and your family. This is the case for all activity bookings. If you wish to take advantage of our ‘Dinner & Free Play’ promotion, you can reserve a table online with a $50 deposit, which is taken off your final bill.
When is Hoopla Kitchen open?

Monday – Thursday: 9am-3pm Friday & Saturday: 9am-8pm Sunday: 9am-4pm

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes, Hoopla venues are fully-liscenced. Please check our menu for a Hoopla Bar menu.

Do you have GF, Vegan, Vegetarian & Halal options?

Yes we do! Check out our menu to see all options.

Playground
Are parents and carers free?
Yes! Parents, carers receive free entry to Hoopla and it’s play areas. However all bowling participants must purchase a bowling game.
Are Hoopla socks required for both children and adults entering the playground?

Yes, Hoopla grip-socks are required for both adults and children entering our playground areas. These can be pre-purchsed online or bought on entry. Hoopla grip-socks can also be reused for future visits.

What ages are allowed in the Playground?

Our Playground World is designed for children ages 1-12, whilst our Toddler World is restricted to ages 0-3.

How long does a playground session run for?
With a Playground pass, you will have full access to our Interactive Playground for 3 hours, subject to operating hours.
Gift Cards
What can I use my Hoopla Gift Card for?
Hoopla Gift Cards are valid for Hoopla attractions only. It is not valid for Hoopla Kitchen & Bar.
Do Hoopla Gift Cards have an expiry date?

Hoopla Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and can be redeemed online and in store.

How do I buy a Hoopla Gift Card?

Hoopla eGift cards can be purchased online and sent direct to the lucky recipient or to your inbox for printing at home.

When is Hoopla open?

Our regular hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am-10pm
Sunday: 9am-6pm

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, our centre is fully air-conditioned in summer keeping you cool!
Do you have baby change facilities and high chairs?

Yes, we have a baby change room and high chairs available.

Is there free Wifi?

Yes, we have free, high-speed Wifi available for all visitors. Please ask our reception staff for more details.

Can I bring my own food?

No, we don’t allow outside food in our venues. The only expection is birthday cakes & lolly bags for official birthday parties & functions

Do I need to print out my tickets?

No need! You can present your confirmation email QR code at reception or use your name to search your tickets in our system.

Do I need to make a booking?

We highly reccommed booking online to avoid sad faces. For weekend, public holiday and school holiday visits, bookings are essential to secure your session.

Is there free parking available?

Yes, we have plenty of free, off-street parking spaces available.

Birthday Parties
Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit of $100 is required to secure your party date and time.

How do I book a party?

You can book online or alternatively, you can enquire online and a party supervisor will be in contact to help plan your special day!

What’s the minimum number of people for a party?

We require a minimum 8 guests for all kids birthday parties.

When is the final payment due?

The final balance of your party must be paid on the day of the party, upon arrival.

Can we bring in our own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the party room but we do request that only Blu Tac is used and that no glitter, sparkles, confetti or silly string be used.

Do you supply lolly bags?

You can bring your own, or you can pre-purchase lolly bags at $4 each.

Do you supply invitations?

We sure do! You can pick up a hard copy version from reception at Hoopla or download your invitations from the booking confirmation email you will receive.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
We do not allow any outside food or drinks however, we do have a fully functioning restaurant & bar for your convenience.
Do you cater for guests with dietary requirements?

Yes, we run a commercial kitchen so we can tailor platters to suit any dietary requirements provided we’re given enough notice.

Can we purchase additional food for the adults?

Yes. We recommend adding some food for your adult guests and have a great range of freshly prepared platters available for order prior to your event. Click here to view options and pricing.

Do you supply a birthday cake and candles?

Birthday cakes are not included in our standard packages. You’re more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake from home or you can pre-purchase an ice-cream cake from us for $25 (serves 12 guests). We supply candles free of charge or you can bring your own if you prefer. Please note that sparklers are not permitted due to fire danger.

What ages is Blitz Bowling suitable for?

Blitz Bowling is best suited for ages 3+

What is Blitz Bowling?

Blitz Bowling is our unique twist on traditional bowling. With smaller balls and shorter lanes, it offers a more laid-back and faster-paced game, making it perfect for players of all ages and skill levels!

How long does a bowling game go for?
1 blitz bowling game can go for about 45 minutes – 1 hour for 5-6 players. 1 classic bowling game can for about 75 minutes - 90 minutes for 5-6 players.  
How many people can bowl per lane?

You can have as many as 6 players per bowling lane.

Do I need bowling shoes?

No need! But we do ask that all bowling participants wear closed-toe, flat-soled shoes.

Functions

Can I book a function for adults?

Sure can! Our functions are suitable for all ages and all occasions. Need a space for your corpoarate event, or Granddad’s 70th birthday? We can make it happen!

What if I need to cancel my private event or function?

If you cancel your party more than 2 weeks before the event, you will have the choice to re-book another date (within 6 months) or use the amount of your deposit in store credit with us. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party, your deposit will not be refunded.
